it is not normal
that the board without any other consideration of valid alternatives
took the offer of one of their board members and accepted it .
that board member is the one who drove the company to the ground by the way .
needless to say they are all in fitzgibbons pocket .this was not a fair process .a fake show trial like in russia .show me my money .
where was ran during the negotiations ?
they looked at the interest of all stakeholders .do you agree ?
where is the judge ?
he didn t get paid i hope for this kind of work .
