fitzgibbon clearly condemns and calls past administration an utterly incompetent bunch of nitwits ,
with the result that he considers them to stupid
to make a decision about the fate of the company .too incompetent .we agree with his conclusion and judgment ,
the judge should rule that for the restructuring to be successful
a new board has to be elected first and foremost
who would enjoy the consent and confidence and backing of all parties involved .
only with a renewed approved leadership
can the company be restructured and hope to be viable again
we have all the time to get it right

Here comes again... I told you everything you needed to know about GB and management...what did you guys do when I told you? YOU BASHED ME....for over 3 years bash bash bash... Do I feel sory for you? I do but nothing I can do...I already did everything I could do short of going to your door and talk you into selling the stupid stock...
