You can t sell what doesnt belong to you.
as simple as that
It is not the boards competence to give away a company that they don t own .
they are accountable to the owners and dont have the authority to sign other peoples property away.they had to restructure not sell out.
they can only try to explain why they were absent ,negligent and incompetent during the whole existence of nmx .
it is not to such a board you would entrust the authority to decide about the companys fate.
they should have offered to resign a long time ago .out of decency.or before the ccaa proceedings.
togive them any kind of mandate is ludicrous.
They are in no position to represent the shareholders.thats the problem .they were and are the problem.
