Any progress on that front?
it should be possible to convince every one to join 

i think we should have reached all harmed investors by now through the petition .
do we have the complete mailing list of all nmx shareholders ?

I am a shareholder of NMX, however, I did not receive any information.  Would love to join any petition against  - my opinion - fraudulent way of solving NMX takeover / issues.

Great  now you have to join the ran  who is defending  our case in the courts  it will cost 100$ to participate .

Tcheck, I don't think it costs anything at the moment to join the RAN, they only ask for your proxy vote which is not compulsory. The $100 dollars was for the 'early birds' who wanted to try and register as creditors and was intended for their (our) legal fees. As far as I'm aware everything thereafter was voluntary contributions? Perhaps someone from RAN can clarify?

There never was a charge to join RAN. About 850 members sent $100 each to participate in retaining a law Firm GGP to defend their cause. We are now organizing for a class action with another lawfirm on the basis of legal fees based on a % of domages obtained by our group. Our group consists of about 1750 members who have submitted their proxies to us. and who will benefit possibly of our class ...more
