RE:Soon 3 months without any news....It's nice that you, Will101, finally figured out that Mr. Soroush Nazarpour &Co couldn't give a rat's a_s about minority NanoXplore shareholders; they never have.
This being said, I'll remind you that during the Q3/2023 conference cal Mr. Nazarpour suggested a commercial agreement with a well recognized chemicals company is closer to the final stage of negotiation.
Granted when we are refering to being closer or much farther away we are speaking in relative terms and the determination of NanoXplore representatives being closer to consummating a commerical agreement with this chemicals company is a subjective determination.
You, Will101, are correct in suggesting Fidelity and other institutional shareholders (Mr. Nazarpour's preferred 50% of the largest NanoXplore shareholders is how Mr. Nazarpour discribed such "stakeholders" during that particular quarterly CC) are quite likely "being treated with continuous and quality information".
The more things change here with NanoXplore and it's oficers and directors; the more they remain the same.
Don't bother waiting around for tangible deliverables kinds of company press releases Will101.
If you are going to hold, I suggest you consider doing as I did and simply shelve your NanoXplore investment for now.
Mr. Nazarpour &Co are not likely to want to release any form of tangible deliverables type company news for the remainder of this year, at least.
If I had to guess, i would consider that Mr. Nazarpour &Co are simply doing so in order to, amongst other things, allow those 50% of the largest NanoXplore stakeholders and their employed minions to keep collecting NanoXplore shares at current price points and perhaps much lower.
I'm buying Lion Electric shares instead. That company is actually moving along nicely lately.
