FYI: As pertains to Martinrea's exit from VoltaXplore &"FID"

As I stated elswhere DJayser.
". . .  the company's executives just spent $10 Million worth of NanoXplore investors share capital to purchase the other 50% of VoltaXplore from Martinrea International Inc.
A company such as NanoXplore doesn't do so when such a company is not now prepared to announce a requisite "GO" FID, in order to immediately pursue the building of a initial 2GWh manufacturing capacity graphene enhanced battery cells manufacturing facilty."

Martinrea is no longer directly controlling any amount of the VoltaXplore graphene enhanced battery cells manufacturing enterprise ownership.
Martinrea is now in the clear, with respect to certain of it's automotive manufacturing clients and customers who would are in competition (although not immediately nor entirely directly), along with their respective global OEM battery cells manufacturing partners of course, with what NanoXplore's now wholly owned VoltaXplore enterprise is clearly intent on pursuing.

I expect no Martinrea automotive manufacturing client and customer (Ford, GM, amongst others) nor their various OEM battery cells manufacturing partners would elect to allow their being involved in "a minority" co- investment position with both Martinrea and NanoXplore, especially given the potential powerplay which both NanoXplore and Martinrea International would have collectively had the advantage of over any given potential automotive manufacturer wanting to "materially" involve itself with the VoltaXplore enterprise.

It's clear that Martinrea International Inc representatives obviously made the right call here.
Although, I would still like to have a precise accounting of the amount of dollars worth of investment which Martinrea International Inc acctually contributed to the VoltaXplore enterprise.
Such a accounting wouldn't mean all that much in the grander scheme of things; and yet, it certainly means enough for we NanoXplore "minority" shareholders to know.
