RBC report

Can anyone here please give a summary of what this detailed report says?

I am especiallly interested in getting 2 questions answered:
   1. When will the graphene production plant be built?
   2. Where does the money come from to accomplish #1?

As I understand, thr plant for the new, dry manufacturing  process will cost $20 million which can be paid for out of cash balances ($32 million or so) if necessary, but likely outsiden funds will be readily available sometime in the near future, potential  government grants, secured debt, possibly some equity but Soroush trying to avoid the latter at these levels. Dumont, You neglected to mention that during the Q1/2024 conference call, Mr. Nazarpour clearly stated that should the prerequisite "BAM" production offtake purchase agreements not be secured in support of the 8,000 tpa graphene enhanced "BAM" manufacturing facility and 8,000 tpa dry process graphene manufacturing facility complex, there would be no "GO" ...more

What's more, Mr. Nazarpour clearly stated that the company is expecting any would be "BAM" production offtake purchase agreements issuing companies to also be bringing to the table a provisioned ability for NanoXplore to quite easiliy have financed the very amounts of capital needed for both the construction and the operation of said manufacturing facility complex.
