RE:North Bud Share Price Should Be A ConcernIf they wanted to raise the share price all they would have to do was release news about the facility and license but they have not. I have not read anything that said that the deal only goes through if it is above 0.35 per share in the article. I do agree though that the shares have taken a nose dive in the recent past. However, keep in mind that Northbud has a 2.6 Beta rating which means that it closely follows the TSX. All marijuana stocks have been taking beating lately.
There is nothing so far that says that the deal is not going through According to their blog the Eureka deal is still a go.
