i'm just reading in between the lines. They have not said anything about the facility completion, the license or the planting. They have promised a harvest by october. They must know that any positive news will have a profound impact on the SP. There must be a reason to hold back. They said the facility was almost completed and they already have the grow lights but that was weeks ago. The whole situation seems a little sketchy. All the higher ups own large quantities of shares so they have an invested interest in making sure this company is successful. A delay was the only thing that made sense to me because if that came out the stock price would plummet, then it would make sense to with hold that info.
