RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:News flash Hazelton on crazy pills !I get where you're coming from ok. Good time to evaluate the risks and rewards for you IMO. I mean that for your own sake. You think a deal will be part of a rollback. Yes I know, but that is a biggy. It will mean from my experience that the share price will not respond to the news of financing in time (or at all) and will mean that a 10 to 1 or far worse a 20 to 1 will destroy all retails. That will happen. They’ll be gone with a large chunk of RCF (something I’ll be watching with great interest let me tell you). Share price goes to $1 and quickly falls to .05 or let’s be optimistic and say to .50. At .05 all retails are gone at .50 at 20 to 1 means you even at .06 are far worse off than before the rollback. You are effectively back to .05 in your portfolio with 20 times less shares. That’s the real deal right there. Or maybe you think this POS bucket of c$ap is going to hit a $ or maybe $2 ?

Yes there is realism on Hazelton's part but the problem for us and to a large extent RCF is, what type of personality are they. The reality for the last 40 years was made testament when Kearney and the rest “retired” and effectively passed the “reality” of shafting onto the new lot. They in their favour were largely caught up on permits and red tape but I am completely sure they could have got a deal before they jumped. No doubt whatsoever. They didn’t try and tapped shareholders for all they could because they could. There is no question of that now.

There are 700 million shares there largely due to incompetence and complete contempt for the very people paying for all the BS schemes and the salaries of deviants through the years, so the question remains is the new lot going to pull the trigger when the share price is on the floor (wrong time + bad time + stupidity = 100% DISASTER ASSURED) or are they going to generate activity that will jump on the back of a potential silver cycle (was even profitable at 19 cents silver at 1600 tpd) and improve the share price before the trigger.

There is no reason why they couldn’t pay for the entire build in one go with a silver stream NOW or a combi of debt and equity with the stream as a base. They’re always crapping on about the property is 100% owned the infrastructure is ready to go etc. The wealth in the ground the FS will prove that again. This would be a deal waiting to happen for a royalty company. Tell me why they couldn’t make a deal when the money is there waiting to be unlocked ? Tell me a royalty company wouldn’t take the silver for a deal that would bankroll the mine and make the numbers work for them too ? (I'm actually surprised RCF didn't force this through already). Remember, if a hedge fund or bank requires a rollback it means RCF goes down with us. That’s the deal and the only reality we should be worried about.
