Just came back from vacation to this disgusting news, been holding this stock for almost 10 years and now get to relize my losses. For the last 5 years been spinning our wheels and wasting money on F  N permits which has been the death of us.Hear we are with a LOW ball offer from RCF, SLAP IN THE FACE for shareholders. National Bank valued us from 3 to 7 cents, so RFC has taken the low price. 600,000 shares NO!!
Good luck to all shareholders.
PS: Management / Board is NOT on our side, once this is all done they will still have there jobs and there paychecks that go along with it.
