VOTE NO

The only way we reverse this is if a white knight comes with a better offer but it would have to be a blockbuster cuz RCL has voting control. Only option would be to get all 51.5% public float to vote no. Obviously that would bring on a multitude of other issues.but it may force RCL to offer a better price. Big ask of a vulture fund. We still need to try. Let's keep a running tally of all the NO votes here .As for myself, and I expect for most of you reading this, we're so far under water, we have nothing to loose.I'll pledge and ask each of you to add your numbers to a running total.                                                                    I pledge   0 + 3300000 = 3,300,000 shares      Show your discuss,VOTE NO

Vote no of course but also stymie by the legal route. The ironic part to all this is the bands that actually think they will have a producing mine and properous region  anytime soon. For all thise out there that don't know what RCF actually are, they're a hedge fund. A hedge fund, yes a hedge fund that entity which destroys and plunders value and then moves on to the next target ...more

Just came back from vacation to this disgusting news, been holding this stock for almost 10 years and now get to relize my losses. For the last 5 years been spinning our wheels and wasting money on F  N permits which has been the death of us.Hear we are with a LOW ball offer from RCF, SLAP IN THE FACE for shareholders. National Bank valued us from 3 to 7 cents, so RFC has taken the low price. ...more

Request anyone adding their shares to the poll should show the math so we have a running total, For ex. Stupidemails pledges 600000 for. 3,300,000 + 600,000 = 3,900,000 . Repost on VOTE NO and together show our rejection

My shares (~800000) will vote no at the current offer.  I would vote yes at $0.07 per share. Understand that taking over everything via a default on current loans is likely the result there.  There is a strong argument that such a loan from the controlling investment group should have been subject to approval by the minority investors, but I'd rather get of this investment as ...more

5,700,000+794,000=6,494,000
Comment by Bimmaxbro on Oct 04, 2022 1:25pm
Sorry JB , I jumped the gun including the shares you pledged in an earlier post. To stay accurate , the total  is 6,494,000 - 800,000 = 5,494,000 , thank you for posting. There's still 350 M + not speaking yet, Let's show management before any vote. Also in answering your earlier post , what I was expecting before we were blindsided, was a share offering. Dilution yes but with the ...more

I will vote NO for my 240000 share and I hope RCL is ready for a possible 32M loss as I am as vengeful as you could be and if I lose what I stand to lose I figure a few of them should loose their careers.  Angree stake holders can be very productive at making things even harder to succeed.  Or they could find a way for all of us to come out ahead or atleast even.  I would even take ...more

The timeline here is linear. There is no doubt, there is no confusion it is as obvious as a truck hitting a wall. So a hedge fund wants to run a zinc mine? Does that not sound just a little insane? Is there a precedent for that? Is there? Not bloody likely there'e not. Does norzinc management and the indigenous bands actually think a hedge fund is going to put that mine into production ...more

If I were RCF, I would sit on this asset until someone wants to buy it.  I expect they want to sell at a value which makes them money, which means ~$0.25 per share at least.  They will wait. It's not going anywhere. I'm just stupid enough to have relied on their belief they could recoup $0.25 per share - without realizing their plan is to snap up half the company at $0.035 .
