RCL announced their intention a month ago and I still haven't seen any voting documents yet. They obviously weren't prepared at the time but acted opportunistically to lock in their bid because I'm sure the Share price could be a lot higher now with all the current news. And with a higher sp potentially making a share offering more feasible and lesson our reliance on RCL. I question

Seriously you are stating the obvious. If all you're doing is waiting for the blade to drop by commenting on sh and not emailing law firms then you with due respect are leaking into the wind. NZC management is a front for RCF and elements in the bands knew this was in the offing. RCF are also suppressing the share price and ring fencing and outside interest. The timing was no coincidence and
