Wil ISS guarantee no conflict of interest
When ISS makes a suggestion like this they should be required to disclose any conflict of interest. Not saying there is but with out knowing RCF ownership that might bring their motivation into question and not saying that they may or may not have a conflict of interest seems to bring question to the possible existance.
ISS, which is majority owned by Deutsche Brse Group, along with Genstar Capital and ISS management, is a leading provider of corporate governance and responsible investment solutions, market intelligence, fund services, and events and editorial content for institutional investors and corporations, globally.
The fact that RCF is not required in Delaware to list ownership The CAnadian government and First Nations leadership should do their due diligence to make certain that these strategic resource are not falling into the wrond hands.

I hace to agree with Minedriller. But will either First Nations or the Canadian Government be of like mind. As the ownership is not even open who is to say that it is not a foreign government trying to either take over our trategic metals or shut them down so they control more of the market.
