If so, does this announcement represent a material change which may affect the fairness opinions in the management information circular, P.46-56.

If share price trends up above .03 as it is for much longer that would affect the slap in the face offered by RCF as they were basing it on the 45 day moving average when silver was less strong. Talk of the metal reaching all time highs again and they want to buy us out at bargain basement prices.
