My broker and I chuckle about the sellers.  Their loss.  The 80 cent range is a gift.  (In my opinion)

My guess is that the Institutions that participated in the 65 cent PP in November have quarterly numbers to meet & shareholders to answer to.  Therefore, they are taking a quick 30% profit on some of their holdings and keeping a core position.

My perception (from a presentation I attended by Hugh Ross, the CEO, in December) was that these Institutions were literally drooling over the information given to them prior to participating in the PP.  And I believe this PP was oversubscribed?
