Stronger buyer/merger for NVS would more be RPL.  With RPL being a  "growth" oriented company now NVS would be a great buy. Land postion is good and the build out of infrastructure would only help this deal be even more attractive to RPL. RPL is already very active in the area the two companys have land close to each other. NVS is better suited for a company like RPL verse a CPG. Frankly surprised the two companies hadnt considered merging sooner. Guessing it would be a share offer in the $1.20-1.30 range or 0.5ish RPL shares for each NVS.
