The market is saying 100% no deal.  Not that it is what is real but because this "process" of tanking value has taken so long, and there are so many other companies that give actual returns for your money out there, share price is trading at this non confidence level.  I think the AGM will be very interesting.  This one I won't miss.  Also, they better get some return on their options, currently at +0.10 only because I'm not so sure if they will be able to recover a reputation hit if the company sells for a tiny 1.25  which is a 35% premium to todays price.
