Thanks for taking the time to wrtie such a thorough post.

While I respect your opinion, I still think that there is a question about the validityof booked reserves.

Down the road, the buyer may be able to obtain a more secure footing for the reserves and win.  On the other hand, if they don't......

I don't know why people are so taken up by brokerage firm reports which have been pretty consistent in their target prices.  These guys are not idiots.

I doubt that voting no would change much.  Arbitrage players may already have a lot tied up and the deal is pretty much done.  I would be surprised to see an alternative bid after 8 months.
