that something was flawed.  That it took 8 long months to find a buyer was a right flashing light.

Someone posted that decline rates were not important....obviously someone who knows nothing about the oil and gas industry.

sherbrooke1, Thanks for taking the time to wrtie such a thorough post. While I respect your opinion, I still think that there is a question about the validityof booked reserves. Down the road, the buyer may be able to obtain a more secure footing for the reserves and win.  On the other hand, if they don't...... I don't know why people are so taken up by brokerage firm reports
