News due by March 31st

Per Novus, they will release their 2010 Guidance and Capital Expenditure Budget along with their Independent Reserve Report on or before March 31st.

I am looking forward to the report.  This is an extremely well-run company, so I anticipate it will be positive.  And hopefully good for the share price.

They have a very strong balance sheet with $25m in working capital surplus and unused lines of credit.

I'm very interested in their NAVPS in the reserve report although it'll be interesting to see how they discuss the NAV of the acquisitions that they made that may not be included in the reserve report. I can't imagine how they might have gotten that included when several were either just announced (and not yet closed) or only recently closed.Regardless, I'm sure it will be

I would agree, its a well managed company and the price uptick over the past 10 days indicates something good is coming. My broker told me today that he expects NVS breaking resistance soon and this company making a decent run... not sure if it has anything to do with theupcoming guidance news or not... but good luck to all!

I think my only beef with this company and management is their consistently poor investor relations and stock promotion. Case in point:- it took them MONTHS to get a website up;- February 3rd press release cites "...will update on well production within the next 30 days when more meaningful results are available..." and then don't release their update until March 15th; and-

Release will be Tuesday.  We gotta give 'em a break!  They are working extremely hard on acquisitions, drilling ...  making us money!  ;-)  I agree, they shouldn't be so definitive with their release dates and have suggested this to Julian & Hugh.  Julian's reply about the upcoming release:"Hi xxxxx, the release will be coming out on Tuesday.

A very good update, however it must have already been built into the stock price as it had little effect.

nothing dramatic here .just a daily  increase in s.p. with a solid volume of trading . all my stocks should be so boring .I'll take this anyday !
