Company Value

Novus is going through a "Value Realization Process."  Why?  Because the people who are buying and selling the stock are out to lunch on what it is worth.  The previous posts of $1.25 is exactly why Novus is doing this and even 1.50 is way too low.  The reason why NVS is trading at 1.04 is because the market has no idea what it is worth.  It will not be a (average 30 day price) x premium of 30-40% to get final price of Novus.  That is another reason why Novus is doing this,  because price + premium of 30% is completely out to lunch.  This company will go for closer to 1.90 than 1.50.  P+P is 14 mmboe alone and pretax NPV of P+P is 330 MM$.  This was before they bought up the new land this year.  If tax pools equal debt that's 1.60 per share already plus money in bank plus facilities plus new land plus upside in drilling more wells per acre.  at $95k per flowing bbl, the value is 1.90 per share.  We can agree to disagree here as everyone has thier own estimate and that ok.  Maybe we should get this board to post thier estimates and why they think that will be the final price.  So far only a handfull of posts with taget price.  Would be nice to see other people's opinion.  Maybe can learn something.  Either way 1.50 or 1.90, it's still way higher than today and will prove how backwards the market for energy companies has become since feb 2012.  All the money is going into US Bonds.  Safe but zero return.

I have posted twice in the last month that I believe a takeover will take place at $1.70 - $2.00 area and why I take this opinion. Also, National Bank continues to buy these shares. Why? Perhaps, as the bank of this company," they believe in their client"????.
