nope.  If anything, bids will close tomorrow evening.  A halt will only occur when a decision is made.

I don't think the bids are due until Friday, that would be one month from the data room being open which is standard amount of time.  NVS pretended to not have a "schedule" or timetable, but we all know they have a due date for the bids.  It could take weeks to review the bids and put it all together so I would look towards the end of January for something to  happen.& ...more

If you read the CA, Novus execs are not allowed to have contact with the potential bidders.  This is why they are NOT presenting this week and not next week to anyone who would be bidding on the company.

I don't think NVS has a schedule. They are letting the brokers handle the process so NVS can focus on operations. The brokers may have a schedule but their instructions are to get the best deal not get a deal next week. With the Christmas break I would not be surprised to see the bidding process stay open for 45 or 60 days. If they (the special committee) get an acceptable offer then we should ...more
