Yanchung were meant to have arranged financing by now and what other conditions require such a long time, so what's all this 'dragging of their feet.' Maybe NVS mgmt want their income/profits to fall into 2014..as simple as that f##@@@. Maybe we shud hope it doesn't get consummated and like a marriage no one gets...well you know what. Hey maybe they feel bad about the price and will up it...dream on, eh.
