I was surprised that the stock did not jump when the financial results came last week.
i was thinking an easy 1.40 $ in the following days but it didn't happen.
The volume are low since the result and the closing price around 1.35 $.all the time.
So your theory is not impossible.
An offer with a 30% plus value is 1.75 $
An offer with a 40% plus value is 1.90 $
If it happens, it could be an offer between 1.75 $ to 2.00 $ ???
