Huge volume suggests that some long time holders of this stock have decided this is a great opportunity to get out of a stock that has not moved substantially in the past year (up about 25 cents). Tax loss selling for those who bought near the 52 wk high? I thought the news today would have caused the stock to move higher.

This is not retail investor activity. Institutions and brokers are behind the scene. They are closing the books on recent financing.

Agree with you Royal10...it looks like on Monday they purchased 100K shares at market, moving vol and price up. After they started unloading and added news next morning to bring on buyers. Not very good for small investors who could start having doubts on the seriousness of the board of directors. The news just came in while offloading!
