$NPRA makes strong new hire

One of my top plant-based food picks had some big news earlier this week.

Nepra Foods ( $NPRA.C $NPRFF ) is a plant-based food company that makes high-protein low-carb allergy-free products.

On Nov. 1st $NPRA hired Kate Cash as VP of Consumer-Packaged Goods Sales.

Using her expertise in consumer-packaging that resonates with healthy eaters, Cash will grow $NPRA's new line of ready-to-eat frozen meals.

In 2020 frozen foods sales increased 21%, and during the pandemic plant-based food sales were up 28% and allergen-friendly foods were up 36% (source: SPINS and IRI)

With the industry seeing exceptional growth in the frozen food sales, $NPRA is capitalizing on this growth with this new frozen meal line.

Today they are trading for just $0.74, and I don't think it is going to say that low for long.
