Doubt!
Doubt!I doubt very much if the FDA would speak with anyone concerning anything of substance regarding Pennsaid except Nuvo at this point in time. To do otherwise would be somewhat illegal as far as the OSC or SEC is concerned.
As for myself I can only go on experience. Usage that is.
I use Pennsaid, off label as they refer to it. I use it on my lower back. What used to take a month or better when it decides to kick out on me (herniated disc) has been reduced to 3 or 4 days at which time I can walk upright, as in not like a dog humping a football! I can't work it but I can comfortably move about as long as I don't abuse it. I can also state that the more I use it the smaller amount I have to apply. To me it is a lifesaver and a job saver!
I fully expect that once Pennsaid is available on the US market it will become a major seller because I suspect there are many people who have abused their lower backs just as I have done in my younger days!
Seeing is believing and I have SEEN the positive effects that Pennsaid has brought to my life and I am quite content to sit back and wait for others to realize the same benefits in both their health and in the resurgence in the share price of Nuvo.
