RE: RE: I will be voting YES for the new early warTime:
In spite of all the praise for the Car Boys I am betting that in the end they will throw us (the little guys) to the wolves.
I forsee a rollback somewhere down the line with that age old line that "the Institutions won't buy in with such a large dilutional share factor." Also that "they aren't allowed to buy under $5.00."
As we all know that doesn't work. All that will happen is that the share price will take a short term bump and then begin it's downhill spiral again. Then they will start to issue shares and warrants again. And so on and so on. Look at Nortel! Where are they now! I know people who bought that piece of Shi) at $65.00 and more.
A 10 cent move on my 50,000 shares is $5,000. A 10 cent move on 5,000 share is $500. A big difference! They'll probably stick us with a 1:10 reverse split.
All a share is for the little guy is a lottery ticket. I am riding this one out but have shifted my focus to trading options on futures. Technical analysis works in commodities and the markets are much better regulated. No warrants. You pay your premium and set your stops. Your losses are clearly defined going in and the upside or downside for that matter depending on which side you are playing (puts or calls)are known up front.
I'm with you Time! I say NO to more dilution! SINK OR SWIM NUVO!
