Looks like the short have mostly cover.

As I see it, even with FDA approval, but with out a solid US partner, I can see the stock price increase that must. Why NRI has not yet found a US partner? If at this point in the evolution of Pennsaid NRI is unable to secure a deal with a partner, what does that say about the US pharma industry interest in this product? Or is it that management is trying, or I should said is hoping, to set a beating war in between potential partners. If that is the case it is by all means bad management.

Or management is looking at a buyout. That would explain management insisting effort to have the re-issue offer of early warrants buy back in order to clear their book for a buyout??
