That the sale figures will not be stellar is the primus of my assumption combined by the fact that NRI is a retail investors stock whom are mostly convince that Pennsaid sale will the savior of their company by boosting the share price by ungodly gain of 100%, 200% and be on...   Keep in mind that the float is very high thereof the sale fugues and any attached premium have to quite high (10M is only 2.5% of the float) in order to add a few cents to the share price.   Any sign of nothing more than some unrealistic results and you'll see a rush to the exit... I can see more sophisticated investors getting out now (via those large blocks being sold yesterday and today as well) before it drop some more.  Only my own view based on having watched NRI trading pattern for a while.
