On medicare approval as a revenue stream, I would not count too much. If you read about what is going on down South it is clear that most States are broke and running deficit see Wisconsin and New Jersey as none limitative examples. Getting Pennsaid coverage is not even on their radar. US States are in cost cutting mode just to survive.
