Information circular
Information circularJust received the AGM Information Circular. Felt sick to my stomach reading the items and the report included. It seems they have no clue how to proceed on many issues. They're experimenting on our expense. For example, They need to get their act together and have a clear plan on the issue of listing on US exchange and the RS ratio before requesting the shareholders approval. I was for the RS last year because I mistakenly thought management knew what they were doing. It is clear to me now that they are lost in a no guide desert. I'm so sick that I would vote against all the items including Directors nomination. If this can show my protest and frustration, 'so be it'.
