It's all about compensationIf you read the June , 2011 Shareholders Meeting circular management have created a " Cash For Life" lottery payout for themselves. They are being paid the salaries of the big Pharma Corporations while running a small company while shareholders struggle. They truly believe they are to small to fail. They are executives coming from an automotive background that were paid well and believe they deserve to continue that avenue even if the company is in trouble. Most of you voted these clowns in because of bad management. Now they have become the bad management. They are burning through cash. Eventually it will be to late to complain. No problem for them with their severance pays. We will have to live with the memory. Only if we could vote what we wanted for the share price and get it done. Voting for a wage increase and bonus package is the easiest task. Try getting the share price up first then you might not vote yourselves that huge Lottery win. You are running Nuvo like it is your own bank. Eventually it will catch up to you. You are spending shareholders money at shareholders expense. I hope you feel good about what you are doing. I think most shareholders feel the same way. My opinion. Need2.
