I went last year.  Yes prepared statements followed by a presentation.  All fixed until the Q&A.  There are always a few irate investors who bash management and the board, a bunch that tell the company to sell it and a few unhappy investors that ask excellent questions.  It's a little more interesting than most AGM's I've gone to if you want to spend a hour somewhere and get free coffee and muffins.  If unhappy shareholders were as prepared and organized as management it might actually be a very interesting AGM.   But I wouldn't count on it
