Vote has NOT yet been decidedDon't let the recent price uptick confuse matters -- the vote has not been decided, imo. For one thing, why else would management still be flushing money at the telemarketers? I just received my call today -- what a waste of all of our money to be calling small fry like me.
Note also (in response to a previous poster's question) that the right to cast votes is based on share ownership on Jan 5th 2016. All these recent new buyers do not get to vote. Similarly sold shares will probably default to managment's vote, unless the seller bothers to vote shares for which he/she no longer has an interest.
In other words, it seems absolutely critical for everyone to vote AND to assign their proxy to someone who is intending to attend the meeting. I assigned mine to C99, and I recommend others consider doing the same.
