I also am a new ( 3 months) shareholder.  I bought on advice from a broker, but given the negativity on this board, and my 'gut' which wonders why this small shareholder has received 5 phone calls asking for my vote...including the last which asked me if they could persuade me to change my vote, gives me pause.  I have seen management teams make sure they're well compensated despite no 'unlocking of shareholder value' before.  Maybe I should sell, but we're all hoping for the brass ring, eh?
