It only took 110,000 shares to cause the 40% drop. That's an indication of too few interested buyers rather than an indictment of the financial situation. I'd argue management's seemingly perpetual slow execution, particularly in sales and market development, along with very limited promotion are greater cause for concern than the court case. Executive renumeration should be more tightly tied to sales and revenue performance.....
