The Globe and Mail reports in its Friday, Dec. 17, edition that Raymond James analyst Brian MacArthur has reiterated his "outperform" recommendation for Nomad Royalty. The Globe's David Leeder writes in the Eye On Equities column that Mr. MacArthur trimmed his share target to $17 from $17.50. Analysts on average target the shares at $16.88. Mr. MacArthur says in a note: "We believe royalty/streaming companies like Nomad offer equity investors exposure to precious metals prices while mitigating downside risk given limited exposure to operating and capital costs. At the same time, upside optionality exists through exploration potential. Nomad's royalty/ streaming portfolio offers meaningful growth over the next few years. In addition, Nomad pays an annual dividend of 20 cents per share, representing around 2-per-cent dividend yield. Given Nomad's high margin business model, mid-term growth profile, longer-term growth optionality, dividend yield and current valuation, we rate the shares 'outperform.'" The Globe reported on June 4 that Mr. MacRury said he believed Nomad was "well-positioned for future growth." Mr. MacRury rated the shares "buy" in new coverage. The shares could then be had for $10.42.
