Implements Dividend Reinvestment Plan

MONTREAL, Nov. 9, 2021 /CNW Telbec/ - Nomad Royalty Company Ltd. ("Nomad" or the "Company") (TSX: NSR) (NYSE: NSR) is pleased to announce that it has implemented a dividend reinvestment plan (the "Plan"). Shareholders who are residents of Canada, the United States, Bermuda and Cayman Islands may elect to participate in the Plan commencing with the dividend to be paid on January 14, 2022 to shareholders on record as of December 31, 2021. Participation in the Plan is optional and will not affect shareholders' cash dividends unless they elect to participate in the Plan. Quarterly dividends are only payable as and when declared by Nomad's Board of Directors.
