New targets

New targetsThe Cannaccord NAV target for Nevsun is apparently $4.30 per share. But there is a wide range and depending on the discount rate and commodity price variables used, the prices are between $4.90 and $2.13. See Resource Investor: (https://www.resourceinvestor.com/pebble.asp?relid=37242). The main unknown is still what fair value for the government's 30% bought stake is going to be, as depending on how fair or "independent" the assessment is, the lower the return for shareholders. One obvious moral hazzard this raises is that the government's and Nevsun stakeholders interests are not perfectly aligned, which points to higher country risk. FYI, another source, Gold Stock Analyst, rates Nevsun NAV at $3.98.
