Cash Cow Rocket

Cash Cow Rocket

I dont think investors really undestand just what a cash cow Nevsum really is.

For example, in Q2, operating cash flows were $107 million.

Despite paying income tax and dividends, $90 million of this $107 million went directly to the cash position !

Whats even more amazing is that these cash flows are going to double in mid-2013 when the supergene ore begins to be mined!

Its quite conceivable that the cash position at exit this year will rise from the current level of $375 million to well over $500 million or $2.50+ per share.

What will they do with all of this cash ?

A massive special dividend ?

A major producing acquisition ( they are bone cheap right now ) ?

Or seek a buyout so as to maximize value ?

Either way, we win.
