The Company has the option to acquire a 100% undivided interest in 11 claims that form approximately 77% of the Falcon Property.

RE:RE:RE:Actually, I miscalculated the amount of the equivalent@staz-No worries, I've been on both sides of these deals and understand completely the emotions.  I think you will find some very knowledgeable folks from the RMC bb who made quite good observations in their posts (up until the past week, I have not been one to post much) and will likely continue as they become acquainted with NSU's operations.  I personally believe that the combination will work quite nicely short- and long-term, subject to whatever macro issues the commodities complex has to deal with.  Looking forward to getting some new analyst reports following the combination and seeing what they have to say.  Hopefully we wil begin to see a re-rating of the combined NSU with a multiple expansion.
