As in a concerted effort to drive price down so some entity can buyout company cheap. BOD and management, along with biggest shareholders will be compensated under the table. Rest of us get screwed. All imo, but just as likely as them not being able to solve a fairly simple problem and mishandling of dividend. Can they really be this inept? T
