RE:My email exchange with IR this past week....One belated comment about the company being at "risk" from a takeover offer.  1.  To the extent they are at "risk" of this, it is entirely the company/management's fault due to the incredibly poor execution over the past 12+ months.  2.  IR using the term "risk" when discussing this tells me they are entrenched and perhaps not as protetcted as they would like in terms of a takeover.  The change of the CFO is to be expected when a new CEO comes in (wants his own team), so nothing unusual here.  Now if Peter K. can just clean the IR house, we might get on the right track a bit sooner.
