The Company conducts its exploration programs on its two properties, the Falcon Property and the West Bear Property, and is evaluating opportunities to increase its portfolio of properties in the region. The Company has the option to acquire a 100% undivided interest in 11 claims that form approximately 77% of the Falcon Property.

While I'm quite suspicious of this Lundin (Katusa) NSU play, I wouldn't give too much credence to this Joshua Hall guy.
 
A quick check of his background finds he first was in the financial services industry for just three years at J.P. MORGAN INSTITUTIONAL INVESTMENTS and then shows 5 years at JPMORGAN DISTRIBUTION SERVICES, INC, which sells funds.
 
He has his securities license for only 10 years and his RIA is just registered in PA as best as I can see, which means he manages under $100million.
 
My best guess is he's trying to use NSU in the news to gain some following traction and I can safely say both you and I have extensive more experience in the mining and exploration game than he. Seeking Alpha is used mostly by those seeking a following IMHO- nothing wrong with that but I suspect if we could administer a worthy test of true understanding of mining, many here on this thread would score higher than this guy.
