What happened to commercilisation of LPD in 2011

Having last looked at NXT back in early 2010, and only just getting out with some profit after failing to sell what turned out to be "the 2010 spike", I'm wondering what's happened in the last 3 years. Share count was about 35m I think.
Back then in 2010 I seem to remember we were expecting to see LPD in use at some chinese JV and were next due to see LPD applied to everyone's solar cell manufacturing lines and NXT would be worth a mint. And the quantum dots were being discussed as the next thing.
Looking at the NRs since then I don't see any evidence of contracts signed for LPD licences?
And quantum dots are still in the lab, and only just getting to the required size and distribution it seems. And there have been repeated money raises.
So what chance of some money to be made soon? SH shows 45m os, but is that up to date (another recent 6.3m to add?), and anyone know the fd count please?
[And not that the odd other tech companies I've stayed invested in over the same time period have done anything any faster, so please don't take this negative attitude too personally.]
