Another PP
Another PPVery disappointing that months after the announcement of a new technology and a demonstration for a major manufacturer, and a large PP to fund the development, there is no news for months until ......... another PP to further dilute existing shareholders. If they need the $, they need the $, so at least they are able to do these PP's with a large investor, but it is very disappointing that management cannot find a way to communicate something about their progress. I know they are claiming confidentiality requirements are preventing them from any disclosures, but if there really has been progress they could provide some information without disclosing names or other specifics.
What amazes me is that the owners of over 100 million shares or warrants seem to be OK with this and there is no visible pressure on management. As a long time shareholder, I am stuck with my shares. But I am not happy!
