RE:Imminent capital raisingI am thinking possibly a Sprott financing at a buck with warrant based on a 5 for 1 share consolidation!  A 20 million dollar financing would make leave at at about 55 million shares out after consolidation plus another what 30 plus million warrants and options.  If I was a betting man!
