ZZZZzzz,

You migh not have known but Optical Thin Film (OTF) has been around for a long time.  It was Bank of Canada's technology - they used to own it.  It was sold to Fortress Paper in 2011.  So it was around even before then, and first used in 1988 before making more maintstream in the 90's. Nanotech bought OTF from Fortress in 5 years ago in 2014.    So in hindsight, Troy's reference to twenty years of having OTF as a reliable security feature is correct. 

I do agree with you on everything else.  All talk and no action.  I've been invested in the company since 2011.  Banknotes was the wrong first direction, in my opinion. They should have tackled brand recognition and protection of consumer goods first.

Thanks Dandy07, when it was bought from Fortress Paper were there any contracts that came with the purchase, if so how many and does NTS still retain any of them? This is where I have an issue with them stating they have a twenty year record. To me It’s just a play on words, like the way that every contract is confidential, that is easily remedied and it doesn’t take a mental heavy weight to ...more

Unfortnuately I can't answers all these question because I don't know.  The only cusotmer that I know of is the Asian customer on the 5 year development contract.  As far as banknotes are concerned.  There's about a year or so left on that one before they decide what they're doing.
